You've heard it all. Eat this and burn fat, eat that and burn more fat. But are any of these things true? Yes there are foods that you can eat that will actually help your burn fat. There are foods that you eat every day that will help the fat roll off, you just have to make sure you are eating enough of them. This doesn't mean that if you eat these foods, you can continue to eat unhealthy fatty foods. You can actually eat enough to where your body can't compensate and burn the fat. Start with oranges. They are chock full of vitamin c, and vitamin c is needed by the body to burn fat. Eating more fiber is another way. It doesn't actually help the body burn fat, but because it will make you feel fuller, you will eat less, and eat less fat calories. Green Tea doesn't actually help burn fat. It contains caffeine, and its makeup actually helps the body burn calories, even without you doing anything. Surprisingly, dairy is the next item. Research shows that it suppresses a fat hormone, so if you suppress that hormone, you are actually suppressing fat. Hot and spicy foods also help burn fat, increase energy, help food to digest and increase your metabolism. Water doesn't actually burn fat, but it does flush fat cells out of your body. You should have at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Avacadoes and olives have the reputation for getting rid of belly fat. |
