Quick and Healthy Breakfast Shake

This is so simple to make and gives you the energetic boost you need along with nutrients and vitamins that are important for good health. It is low calorie and tastes great and is much better for you than a large, fat laden breakfast. Breakfast is still the most important meal of the day.
 
Serving size is for one person, increase ingredients per person
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 green or red seedless grapes (optional)
  • 1/4 orange peeled (optional)
  • 1 container of your favorite low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple, grape or cranberry juice(Your choice)
Directions:
  • Cut up the banana in 1/2 inche pieces (makes it easier to blend)
  • Cut grapes in half
  • Cut orange into chunks
  • Put everything in a Blender and Blend
  • Enjoy
