What do Apples or Oranges, and Grapes, Melons, Tangerines, and Bananas have in common besides being fruits? VITAMINS AND MINERALS!!!!!!!
Almost everyone of these fruits contain vitamin A, at least 1 or 2 of the vitamin B's, vitamin C and Calcium. There are a lot more vitamins and minerals in these fruits besides theses.
Fruits are healthy snacks too!!! They have natural sugar, and boost your energy and no fats. The calories are low and they taste good too!!
