Ingredients
Pita Bread (1 slice per person served)
Organic tomato sauce (2 tablespoons per serving)
Green Pepper (1/4 cup per serving)
Onion ( 1/8 cup per serving)
Garlic (minced- 1/4 teaspoon or less per serving)
Cherry Tomatoes ( aproximately 3 tomatoes per serving)
Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Freshly cooked sliced Turkey ( enough to spread across the top)
Black Olives (optional) (sliced)
Directions
Spread Tomato Sauce on Pita Bread
Add Chopped Green Pepper, Onion, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic
Add Chopped Turkey and Black olives
Sprinkle Cheese over top
Cook in oven at 350 degrees until Chees is completely melted
