Ingredients

  • Pita Bread (1 slice per person served)
  • Organic tomato sauce (2 tablespoons per serving)
  • Green Pepper (1/4 cup per serving)
  • Onion ( 1/8 cup per serving)
  • Garlic (minced- 1/4 teaspoon or less per serving)
  • Cherry Tomatoes ( aproximately 3 tomatoes per serving)
  • Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • Freshly cooked sliced Turkey ( enough to spread across the top)
  • Black Olives (optional) (sliced)
Directions
  • Spread Tomato Sauce on Pita Bread
  • Add Chopped Green Pepper, Onion, Sliced Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic
  • Add Chopped Turkey and Black olives
  • Sprinkle Cheese over top
  • Cook in oven at 350 degrees until Chees is completely melted
