Break down of quantites needed: (2 servings ) 2 medium red potatoes, 1/4 diced Green Peppers , 1/2 Meduim diced Roma Tomatoes , 6 thin slices of Farmers Cheese, Two slices Turkey cubed

Instructions: This can be down in a conventional oven or microwave.

  • Bake potatoes with skin on until almost done
  • Cut into quarters
  • Sprinkle peppers, tomatoes, and turkey on top.
  • Lay 3 slices of Cheese over the top.
  • Put back in oven or microwave and heat until cheese is melted
 
The calories on this meal are less than 300 making this a very healthy one dish meal.
