Healthy Balsamic Vinegairette Dressing

This is a simple recipe for homemade dressing. Where's the health value in a salad if you douse it with fatty, high calorie dressing?
Ingredients:

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-
1/4 cup olive or soy oil (optional)

1/4 cup fresh minced garlic
-
1 cup of water
-
1 cap lemon juice concentrate or 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice(optional)
-
dash of sea salt
-
dash of garlic powder
-
dash of onion powder (optional)
-
dash of ground pepper
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in salad decanter and shake
-
Increase ingredients if serving more than 2-3 people
-
If you don't want balsamic, use red wine vinegar for a different flavor.
