Healthy Balsamic Vinegairette Dressing

This is a simple recipe for homemade dressing. Where's the health value in a salad if you douse it with fatty,  high calorie dressing?
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive or soy oil (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh minced garlic
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cap lemon juice concentrate or 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice(optional)
  • dash of sea salt
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of onion powder (optional)
  • dash of ground pepper
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together in salad decanter and shake
  • Increase ingredients if serving more than 2-3 people
  • If you don't want balsamic, use red wine vinegar for a different flavor.
